What is Indonesia Teaching Fellowship?
Indonesia Teaching Fellowship is a teacher training and development program designed for teachers at all levels. It aims to enhance teachers' capacity and performance by targeting five aspects of teacher competencies, in alignment with Permendiknas No. 16 of 2007 and Per Dirjen GTK No. 6565/B/GT/2020.

Program's Impact
Indonesia Teaching Fellowship (ITF) is a collaboration initiative by Ruangguru and the Sawahlunto Education Office.
The program provides training and development scholarships to 50 selected teachers over four months, aiming to cultivate high-performing educators.
The teachers in the ITF Sawahlunto program saw a 63,34% increase in their scores, achieving an average of 87,81 in the final test.
